COVID-19 Information

As a Health Care provider, we are committed to giving you the best of care while keeping you and our staff safe. Presently, we are seeing clients by appointment only and are unable to accommodate walk-in patients.

Health Canada has issued the following guidelines:

• Stay at home if you feel unwell.
• If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention. Call 811 before proceeding to a medical clinic.
• Follow the directions of the local health authority. [See Alberta Health Guidelines below.]

It is necessary that we speak with you by phone or e-mail prior to your visit. We may be able to provide instructions that will remedy your situation without coming in; for example, we can mail supplies directly to you or arrange to have them picked up by you. Please call our clinic at (780) 448-1281 or send an e-mail to info@pandocare.com to speak with a member of our clinical team.

Alberta Health Guidelines

• Maintain a physical distance of 2 meters
• Wash hands often and for at least 20 seconds
• Cover coughs and sneezes
• Avoid touching face

Observe the following:

MANDATORY ISOLATION

Isolate for:

• 14 days if you were exposed to the virus or have just returned from international travel, plus another 10 days from the onset of any additional symptoms, should they occur
• 10 days if you have any symptoms: cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose or sore throat not related to a pre-existing illness or health condition

GATHERING RESTRICTIONS

• No more than 15 people can gather in one place. This includes family gatherings like weddings and funerals, conferences, religious services and group volunteer initiatives

PROTECTING CONGREGATE CARE RESIDENTS

• Avoid visiting all nursing homes, all hospitals, designated supported living and long-term care facilities, seniors lodges and facilities in which residential addiction treatment services are offered
